Anyone found breaking the rules will be warned and, depending upon the gravity of the offense, will be asked to leave as well as be denied service and participation in all betting and events.

All characters and roleplayers must be 18+- This is an immersive rp experience and staff and patrons alike are expected to be in character during business hours.- This establishment does not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism or hate of any kind.- Harassment of staff and patrons is not tolerated.- Keep IC and OOC separate- IC violence is not permitted anywhere but in the designated fighting rings.- ERP is not permitted anywhere but in private rooms and only after purchase of ERP services.- Please do not enter private rooms without first purchasing a service.- Please do not spam skills or fireworks while in attendance.- Please dismiss minions if requested as they count toward maximum occupancy.
Fighting Rules
Anyone found breaking the rules will be warned and, depending upon the gravity of the offense, will be asked to leave as well as be denied service and participation in all betting and events.
If you fought the week previous (on any character/alt) we will give priority to others in line to fight. If there's an opening, staff will let you know.
- Each match will begin with an IC coin toss. The winner of the coin toss attacks first.- The first fighter to score the best three out of five hits on their opponent or the most hits in 40 minutes wins the match.- In the event of a draw the referee will call for a sudden death round and both fighters to roll. The winner of the roll will emote a finisher and become the winner of the match.- The attacker will write a post in /YELL and then both fighters will roll. If the attacker wins a roll, they score a hit and their defender can then emote their response and following attack in the same post. This repeats until three hits, 40 minutes have elapsed or a sudden death round.- Emotes should only be around one post in length in the interest of time.- If a fighter does not respond for 15 minutes they forfeit the match.- Only fighters and referees are allowed in the arena during business hours.- The referee’s word is final and a fighter failing to respect the referee’s calls will result in the forfeiture of the match.- Magic is currently allowed but weapons will be blunted. Aether effects are dampened to some level to avoid lethality and major damage.-The arena contains other safety features to help protect guests watching and fighters in the ring.
Private Service Rules

- All characters and rpers must be 18+- All sales of private and escort services are final and refunds will not be given.- Consent is mandatory and if at any point during a private service a staff member becomes uncomfortable they can leave the service. No refunds will be given.- Lalafells are not permitted to receive either private dances or any erp services. Lalafells may still purchase rp services and private fights.- ERP is not permitted anywhere but in an assigned private room and only after gil payment has been received.- Only dancers with a green LFP tag may be purchased for ERP during business hours. Any staff member with a green LFP tag may be purchased for ERP in after hours.- All bookings and payments are made with our receptionist and any gil paid directly to the staff member you are booking is considered a tip.
Betting and Gambling
Headline Fights are the weekly advertised fights between two staff members and occur in the first fight block of the evening.Pick Up Fights are fights that are decided the night of, and may be staff v staff, staff v patron or patron v patron.
In order for the house to support betting operations, a 20% cut is taken from the betting pool, however, all winning bets will turn a profit, and in the event that the pool is not large enough to pay winners a profit the house will forfeit it’s cut and also include a 5k participation prize to the returned bet. (30k bets will be returned as 35k, etc)
- For a Headline Fight bets are 50k per bet
- For a Pick Up Fight bets are 30k per bet
- A minimum of 4 betters is required for betting to be open
- Betting will open 30 minutes before a Headline Fight and 20 minutes before a Pick Up Fight
- Our staff will announce when the betting window has opened and closed. Once staff has announced that the betting window has closed, all bets are final and there are no refunds.
- Winnings can be collected whenever the betting windows are closed (during fights) or in the closing 20 minutes of business hours.
- If you do not collect your winnings within 30 minutes of business hours close, your winnings are forfeit.
- Bookie announcements will be in /SHOUT format, so please have shout visible.

Scrapyard Lore
While it is now a reasonably successful joint, this establishment had humble beginnings. The Scrapyard began without a name, run illicitly out of what was the former headquarters of the vaguely incorporated free company known as Strays’ Fount.
While it’s members mostly used it for a place of housing and business, a period of time away left it open for a member, one notorious Raleigh Fox, to start up an illegal gambling, pit fighting, and brothel service all under one roof.
When the other members returned, they caught one of these evening sessions of debauchery and with their powers combined turned it into something one could almost mistake for a legal venture. Now the semi-humble abode in the cliffs of the Goblet is home to planned nights of gambling, cage matches, intimate services, booze, and many odd characters.
The on-paper owners of the establishment are Raleigh Fox, Dandy Mott, Celestial Tal'leuthil, Freyja, and Tristan. They hail from across the map and met each other causing trouble and keep each other on the mark as much as can be expected.
Dandy is your man along for the ride. He keeps the house in clean order, helps with the recipes, and mans the bar some nights. Just don’t ask him about the attic...Tristan handles the accounting and keeping things above board through a complicated mess of paperwork.
Celestial (Celes) is the creator of the ward that keeps the cage fights safe. She is the "Mom" of the group and often mans the front desk. Appears legal!Freyja, long-time friend in chaos of the crew, loves to test her strength and often simply lives on site.
Audrey had long supported the establishment--or mostly joined to keep scuffling and fighting with Raleigh after they both had been removed from other venues for doing the same together.
Akari often acts as MC for the cage matches and was hired for her chords of steel and love of dueling.
Batshakaan makes his residence on the Scrapyard yard in his yurt. He was invited to stay within long ago, but made himself home outside. Some nights he comes within for making friends and sparring.
On one fateful night after being invited to fight in the cage, Avalynn grabbed Freyja by the collar and informed her she was going to work behind the bar. To this day, she has not had a formal interview or signed an application, but no one has complained yet.
An early member of the team, Louka has been a regular, mischievous face in the crowd. Before one even realizes it, he’s won everyone over with a menagerie of charms. No one says anything bad of Louka, at least not anything he wouldn’t be proud of anyway.
A professional and friendly source of near-explosions, terrifying matches and mechanically-powered strength, the King Automaton unit brings great crowds and even cheer in his own way to the Scrapyard. A unit with many adoring fans.
Stern faced, but with a friendly warmth to him despite it, Nazai makes the Scrapyard bar a home. He cares deeply for the bar (Barbie) and is a good horn to guests who come from far and wide. The proverbial calm eye in the middle of the Scrapyard storm.
More curious characters join the Scrapyard every moon and some guests are famously caught in the act of daring to show up regularly. While it's a wild establishment, it's a welcoming one for those who are often out of place in the fancier and more expensive joints.
Things You Probably Didn't Know
On the way downstairs to the cage which there is a sign which reads "NO BRASS BLADES ALLOWED" that the staff are known to knock, tap or slap on their way down.
There is a couch in the house which used to be white and is now red because Raleigh almost bled out on it after upsetting Freyja and earning the ass kicking he got. Which one is it though...
There are sounds coming from the attic. We don't talk about that.
One of the bathtubs in the private rooms was once home to a thriving indoor ecosystem of sludge and stagnant water. No clue which one.
Scrapyard might be haunted by a demon and the wards now used in the cage were originally intended to keep out paranormal assholes.
Staff members refer to one of the private rooms as the cum room but no one can agree which.

To play the card game please follow the below rules:1. Dealers are upstairs and can serve one person at a time. Please let staff know if all dealers are occupied and we will try to free one up for you ASAP.2. You will place a bet that is between 1k and 150k and guess a card from the Astrologian deck - The Balance, The Bole, The Ewer, The Arrow, The Spear or The Spire.3. The dealer will log your bet and then draw a card. If the SEAL matches your card (Sun for Balance and Bole, Crescent for Ewer and Arrow, Full Moon for Spear and Spire) you will receive your bet plus +50%. If your card is an EXACT MATCH you will receive your bet +110%.4. That is all there is to it! Once you have engaged a dealer you can continue playing the game for as long as you like.
Odin Juice
To play Astor's drinking game engage a bartender at the bar and ask for some ODIN JUICE and then they will hold your hand (or won't, probably not) as you try to challenge god. Once you have paid for your drink, roll /random in the chat and match the roll to the table below for the effect. The bartender will also let you know the effect as well.Odin Juice: 3,000 gil per.
Wild Juice Table
Golden Rule: These are NOT permanent changes to a character. The duration is for as long as the CUSTOMER wishes. It is by their volition that an effect lasts a short duration or the entire evening.

Nazai hopes you're good at climbing, because his drinking challenge requires you to keep your constitution to make it to the end. But you'll have fun getting there. Maybe. Or don't. You'll at least respect women by the time it's done.
To play Nazai's drinking game engage Nazai at the bar and ask to play his drinking game. Nazai will then provide you with the three below drinks in order and you have to beat their roll to reach the final drink and earn your prize. And if you don't make it, then perish. Or acquaint yourself with the floor. Just don't make a mess on his bar.
The Drinks
Respect Women Juice: 3,000gil - Roll 300+
Apple juice, spiced whiskey and maple syrup, this drink is Nazai's drink of choice if he drank. He drinks it in spirit and is happy to serve it, and will remind you that you should respect women because they are both terrifying and powerful, and if you disagree he'll feel pretty bad about what his terrifying and powerful girlfriend is about to do to your face.
Batshaken-Not-Stirred: 3,000gil - Roll - 600+
Fresh basil, gin, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and maybe a little bit of a questionable substance? Named after one of The Scrapyard's fighters, this drink is maybe a little bit sentient and very potent. But Nazai is sure that it's edible and you'll be fine and not void touched in the least bit. Probably.
Raleigh's You Know ;): 3,000gil - Roll - 900+
Sugar, bitters, rye whiskey and congnac with a lemon peel for garnish. It's not a weird color, you're a weird color. Nazai deeply regrets making this for you but Raleigh is the boss so he makes the rules. Just drink it fast and don't think too hard about it, and if you survive Nazai has a present for you. (Minion prize)
Free For All Rules
Welcome to the Free for All Battle! Please be mindful of your fellow guests by keeping these few items in mind.
Fights are to be contained to the basement level only. Cross the rope to the basement to join in when indoors. Give everyone some arm space when outdoors.
Please mind the usual Scrapyard rules, namely no maiming and killing in your matches. We're here to have fun and we are happy to patch you up after your scuffle!
If another character seems disinterested in fighting you or directly tells you they aren't fighting, let them be. They might be there to watch or root for a friend.
If a lot of fights are happening concurrently already, consider taking your /random rolls to party chat with your fight partner.
Tracking of any points and scoring is up to the fighters. (Scrapyard fights typically go until someone scores 3 hits or until 40~minutes.)
The upstairs level is a peaceful zone for anyone to drink and rest when this event is indoors. When outdoors, look out for the designated bar space and consider it the same.

Honey's Home Good gin makes the foundation of this simple cocktail. But you know, sometimes simple is best. Doesn’t hurt to be closer with your comforts. Like a friends to lovers situation. Made with fine gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, generous amounts of honey, and a lemon twist garnish.
